Neural Fatigue

Neural = your mind, brain and nervous system.

Fatigue = Feeling like you’ve used all your energy and have no more left to give, leaving you tired.

An example of neural fatigue would be

  • wearing a watch, earing, or ballcap and over time forgetting it is there.
  • having a ticking clock in your room that you rarely notice.
  • realizing your house smells like your dog after you’ve been away from home for a long time.
